Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) Network Master Plan

Background
The Town of Gilbert, Arizona is seeking qualified engineering firms to submit Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for a Professional Services Masterplan Project.

The goal of this project is to develop an Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) Network Master Plan that will assess the current and future needs of the ITS network as the Town expands and reaches full buildout. This masterplan will serve as a guiding document outlining configuration parameters, setup, and standard operating procedures for the ITS network.

Work Details
The selected engineering firm will be responsible for creating a comprehensive masterplan that identifies both current and future state needs of the Gilbert Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) network.

The project will involve defining final configuration parameters, setup, and standard operating procedures necessary for the effective operation of the ITS network as it expands.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and is expected to be completed by June 24, 2025.

Place of Performance
The work will primarily take place in Gilbert, Arizona.

Bidder Requirements
Firms must adhere to the format and information requirements outlined in the Request for Qualifications (RFQ). All SOQs must be submitted electronically via the Town of Gilbert's electronic bidding platform.

Minority and women-owned business enterprises are encouraged to submit proposals.
