Industrial Plumbing Supplies

Background
The City of Mesa is seeking proposals for the procurement of Industrial Plumbing Supplies and related services to support its operational needs. The goal of this contract is to establish a reliable source for a wide variety of plumbing supplies that meet the city's standards for quality and performance.

The City aims to ensure cost-effective purchasing while providing high-quality products to its various departments and participating public agencies through a cooperative purchasing agreement with Axia Coop LLC.

Work Details
The contractor will provide a comprehensive range of industrial plumbing supplies, including but not limited to:
- Plumbing Supplies: Clamps, Couplings, Hoses, O-Rings, Pipe, Fittings, Valves, Tubing, Service Saddles.
- Pumps: Air-Operated Diaphragm Pumps, Centrifugal Pumps, Positive Displacement Pumps, Sump/Sewage Pumps.
- Fixtures: Faucets, Sinks, Toilets, Urinals.
- Fasteners: Anchors, Bolts, Braces & Brackets, Hooks.
- Welding and Soldering Supplies: Abrasives, Arc Welding Equipment.
- Adhesives and Sealants: Tape, Caulks, Glues.
- Backflow Devices and Water Meters: Backflow assemblies and water meters with rebuild kits.
- Actuators for various applications.

The contractor must ensure delivery of products within specified timeframes (preferably within 24 hours for in-stock items) and comply with all delivery requirements set forth by the City.

Period of Performance
The initial contract term will be three (3) years with an option to renew for up to two (2) additional years based on performance and service quality.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed within the geographic boundaries of the City of Mesa and may extend to other participating public agencies utilizing the cooperative purchasing agreement.
