HVAC Maintenance, Repair, and Replacement Services

Background
The City of Phoenix is seeking offers for HVAC Maintenance, Repair, and Replacement Services to ensure the health and safety of employees, residents, and the public in City-owned facilities.

This contract will span a two-year term with three optional one-year extensions, commencing on or about October 1, 2025. The contract is subject to award by the City Council and requires signature and recording by the City Clerk’s department as per the Phoenix City Code.

Work Details
The contractor will provide HVAC maintenance, repair, and replacement services across various groups:
- Group I: Commercial (Public Works and Phoenix Convention Center)
- Group II: Residential (Public Works and Phoenix Convention Center)
- Group III: Duct Design, Installation, and Fabrication (Public Works and Phoenix Convention Center)
- Group IV: Low Temperature Coolers/Freezers (Public Works and Phoenix Convention Center)
- Group V: Commercial (Aviation)
- Group VI: Residential up to 5 tons (Aviation)
- Group VII: Duct Design, Installation, and Fabrication (Aviation).

Services include regular labor rates during business hours (7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday excluding city holidays) and premium labor rates for after-hours work. The contractor must submit a price schedule with hourly labor rates for each group they are qualified to bid on. The estimated number of hours is used for evaluation purposes only.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a two-year term starting on or about October 1, 2025, with three optional one-year extensions available.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at various City-owned facilities within Phoenix, Arizona.
