Google Marketing Platform Reseller and Professional Services

Background
Arizona State University (ASU), governed by the Arizona Board of Regents (ABOR), is seeking proposals from qualified firms or individuals to establish a contract for licensing agreements and platform support of Google Marketing Platform Services (GMP) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
The goal is to enhance ASU's digital marketing capabilities and data management through these platforms.

Work Details
The selected contractor will provide licensing agreements and ongoing platform support for the following services:
1. Google Marketing Platform Services, including but not limited to Campaign Manager 360, Search Ads 360, Display & Video 360, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics 360.
2. Google Cloud Platform services, including data pipeline setup and maintenance into BigQuery, automation of workflows using Cloud Functions, and management of complex data pipelines with Cloud Composer.
3. Additional value-added services may include training programs tailored to various user types at ASU, strategic guidance for performance improvement, technical support models with defined SLAs, and examples of past successful implementations.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and is expected to continue until the completion of all required services as outlined in the proposal.
Key dates include a bid open date on June 17, 2025, and a bid close date on July 8, 2025.

Place of Performance
The services will primarily be performed at Arizona State University locations in Tempe, Arizona; however, some aspects may be conducted remotely depending on the nature of the service provided.

Bidder Requirements
Proposers must demonstrate their qualifications as a Google Marketing Platform Partner with relevant certifications for products such as Analytics, Campaign Manager, Display Video 360, Search Ads 360, and Tag Manager.
Additionally, bidders should provide documented proof of experience in delivering similar services to higher education institutions or similarly scaled enterprises.
