General Building and Facilities Job Order Contract

Background
The Town of Gilbert, Arizona is seeking qualified contractors for Job-Order-Contracting (JOC) services related to General Building and Facilities Projects. The goal of this contract is to provide efficient and timely construction services for various building and facility needs within the town.

The Town may award up to three separate JOC contracts to different firms.

Work Details
The scope of work includes a variety of general building and facilities projects as outlined in the Request for Qualifications (RFQ). Specific services may include but are not limited to:

- Renovations
- Repairs
- Maintenance
- Construction of municipal buildings and facilities.

Contractors will be expected to provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required to complete the projects as specified in the RFQ.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and will continue for a duration specified in the RFQ, with work being performed as needed throughout the contract term.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed within the geographic boundaries of the Town of Gilbert, Arizona.
