Background
Arizona State University (ASU) is seeking one or more qualified Food Service Supplier(s) to play a strategic role in its Food Services Program to achieve ASU’s priorities and aspirations.
Work Details
ASU is requesting sealed proposals from qualified firms or individuals for various Food Services across its campuses with the expectation that services will commence on July 1, 2025. The solicitation includes detailed instructions and requirements for proposers, such as acknowledging critical RFP information and instructions, reviewing small business and small disadvantaged business information, completing mandatory certifications, and reviewing proprietary/confidential statement instructions.
Additionally, the solicitation includes specific groups with detailed instructions for proposers to provide information on various aspects of the food services program, including campus dining services program scope of work, strategy, residential dining, meal plans, retail dining, catering, food vending services, customer feedback, marketing, wellness, sustainability, technology, pre-occupancy transition plan, investment plan, management and staffing, supplemental program information, staffing proposal, financial proposal, ASU master services agreement, proposed exceptions.
