Enterprise Resource Planning ( ERP ) System for Arizona Correctional Industries ( ACI )

Background
The Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation, and Reentry (ADCRR) is seeking to establish one or more contracts for the procurement of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System specifically for the Arizona Correctional Industries (ACI). This initiative aims to enhance operational efficiency and support the rehabilitation mission of ACI by implementing a comprehensive ERP solution that can manage various aspects of correctional industry operations.

Work Details
The contractor will provide an ERP system that includes:

1. Experience with at least four ERP implementations in large correctional environments.
2. Adaptations for inmate labor and secure access.
3. Role-based access controls for inmate and civilian functions.
4. Tracking capabilities for inmate work hours, educational hours, certifications, and training participation.
5. Support for both on-premise and cloud deployments across multiple facilities.
6. Modular design covering: sales and order management, inventory control, advanced planning, manufacturing execution, inmate labor tracking, procurement management, financial reporting, CRM, fixed asset management, EDI/eCommerce modules.
7. Integration with PowerBI, government payroll systems, inmate management systems, and warehouse tools.
8. Custom workflow automation specific to ACI needs including work orders and production tracking.
9. Data migration from legacy systems ensuring continuity of records.
10. Compliance with Arizona state security standards including documentation of security policies.

Period of Performance
The contract term will commence upon acceptance and continue for twelve months with options to extend up to a maximum aggregate term of five years.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the Arizona Correctional Industries located at 4441 E. McDowell Road, Phoenix, AZ 85008.

Bidder Requirements
Offerors must complete the AZRAMP Level 1 Prerequisite Control Sheet as part of their offer submission. The contractor must comply with Arizona's state security standards and may need to provide documentation regarding data classification as per State Data Classification Policy P8110.
