Electronic Door Access Video Surveillance and Alarm Systems

Background
Arizona State University (ASU) is seeking a qualified supplier to provide comprehensive services related to the installation, support, training, upgrades, maintenance, and warranty of its electronic door access, video surveillance, and alarm systems.

The management of these systems is centralized within the department of Enterprise Risk and Resilience (ERR) and is deployed across all ASU campuses. The goal of this contract is to enhance the security infrastructure at ASU by ensuring that all systems are effectively managed and maintained.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following services:
- Installation of electronic door access systems utilizing the Lenel OnGuard Pro System;
- Management of video surveillance through the GENETEC Video Management System;
- Support for intrusion/panic alarms using Bosch hardware;
- Ongoing maintenance and upgrades for all systems;
- Training for ASU staff on system operation;
- Warranty services covering all installations with an additional two-year warranty beyond standard requirements.

Proposals must include detailed specifications for each service provided.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and will continue until completion of all services as outlined in the proposal, with a specific emphasis on timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various ASU campuses located in Arizona, Washington D.C., and Los Angeles.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must demonstrate experience with similar projects involving electronic security systems. They must also provide evidence of relevant certifications for personnel involved in installation and maintenance. Compliance with local licensing requirements is mandatory. Additionally, bidders are required to conduct background checks on all assigned employees as per ASU's policies.
