Educational Consulting Services, Schools

INTENT:
Maricopa County (County) is seeking proposals from qualified
individuals/firms to create a list of approved consultants able to
provide educational consulting services (consulting and professional
development) for the Maricopa County School Superintendent's
Office (MCSSO). Other Maricopa County departments may utilize this
contract. Examples of the types of consulting engagements are listed in
the solicitation in Sections 2.3 through 2.12. The County is aware that
there may be categories of educational consulting services that have not
been included in this solicitation but may be useful to the County. In
your proposal, explain such categories and your firm's
qualifications for such.
The County will award for services through the Task Order process.
Task Order notifications will only be sent to vendors approved through
this solicitation process. The vendor that best meets the need of
the County for individual Task Orders issued will be awarded the Task
Order. Award of this contract does not guarantee award of any
individual Task Order.
BID SUBMISSION:
Vendor Bids must be submitted through

only. Vendors must view or download all attached forms prior to
submitting bids.
MOUNTAIN STANDARD TIME:
Times listed for pre-bid meetings, Q and A, and Bid Close are in
Mountain Standard Time.
EVALUATION AND AWARD:
Award is made at the sole discretion of the solicitation issuing
Department. Maricopa County reserves the right to award in full or
in part to a single vendor or multiple vendors.

Maricopa County Small & Local Certification:
If you are eligible for the MCSL Certification and have not submitted
your MCSL Attestation Form and supporting documents, please submit these
with your response. You will only be required to do this one time.
