DP 102387 Polytechnic Student Union Expansion Commissioning Services

Background
Arizona State University (ASU) is seeking qualified firms or individuals to provide professional Commissioning Agent (CxA) services for the Polytechnic Student Union Expansion project located on the Polytechnic campus. The goal of this contract is to ensure that the expansion meets all operational and performance standards through effective commissioning processes.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing comprehensive commissioning services, which include but are not limited to: verifying that all building systems are designed, installed, and function according to the owner's operational requirements; conducting performance testing of systems; ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards; and preparing detailed reports documenting the commissioning process.

The contractor must also participate in project meetings and collaborate with design and construction teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and will continue until the completion of commissioning services for the Polytechnic Student Union Expansion, expected to be finalized by September 2025.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at Arizona State University's Polytechnic campus located in Mesa, Arizona.
