Background
Arizona State University is seeking proposals for a digital payment solution and ongoing support services on behalf of its Learning Enterprise Department (and perhaps other departments) to expand its ability to process and accept payments in a wide array of capacities from learners with domestic and international residencies. Work Details
The proposer must provide a digital payment solution that enables an intuitive, efficient, and easy-to-use user interface to eliminate learner frustration and limit the number of steps required to process a payment. The solution must have the capability to accept international payments and allow for fast and secure payments globally. It should be able to accept a wide array of currencies and process multiple forms of payments from major debit and credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, China UnionPay. Additionally, it should be able to process and accept mobile wallet payment options such as Alipay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.
The desired solution shall have the capability to accept invoice-based revenue.
The proposer must offer a wide range of developer tools and APIs capable of integrating with ASU’s various solutions to enhance interoperability with other financial systems.
The solution must be OFAC compliant and compliant with Payment Card Industry requirements.
It should allow users to make digital payments without creating an account on the proposer's platform and not store credit card information on ASU’s systems.
The proposer’s payment/checkout workflow must be customizable to be integrated into ASU’s websites and branded to match the branding of those sites.
It must also accept a record of multiple line items for multiple services/products as part of the payment process.

Period of Performance
The expectation is to complete the setup in less than three months, which would include setting up the ASU account, granting access to ASU Parties, providing ASU with training, and having all functions available for use.
