Course Evaluation Software

Background
Arizona State University’s (ASU) University Office of Evaluation and Educational Effectiveness (UOEEE) is seeking proposals from vendors for course evaluation software to meet the growing needs of the university, particularly in data management, workflow management, enhanced reporting capabilities, permissions, and security.

The goal is to implement a scalable course evaluation system by June 2025 that can support over 140,000 full-time equivalent (FTE) students and handle high volumes of web traffic during evaluation periods.

Work Details
The selected vendor will provide a course evaluation software system that includes:
- Scalability to support over 140,000 FTE students.
- Capability to handle over 300,000 concurrent evaluations during peak times at the end of Fall and Spring terms.
- Functionality for cross-listed courses and co-taught sections, allowing for tailored evaluations based on departmental needs.
- Individual reports for instructors and comparative reports for administrative personnel such as department chairs and deans.
- Training for UOEEE staff during implementation, along with accessible documentation and technical support.
- Tools for UOEEE staff to build out administration structures, surveys, and necessary evaluation tools.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from the date of award until June 2025 when the course evaluation system is expected to be fully implemented.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at Arizona State University locations.
