Background
Arizona State University (ASU) is seeking qualified firms or individuals to provide Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for the renovation and expansion of the Polytechnic Student Union Building located on the Polytechnic campus.

The goal of this contract is to enhance the facilities available to students and support the university's mission.

Work Details
The selected contractor will be responsible for providing CMAR services, which include but are not limited to: project management, cost estimation, scheduling, and oversight of construction activities related to the renovation and expansion of the Polytechnic Student Union Building.

The contractor must ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards throughout the project.
