Campus Janitorial Services, Athletic Event Cleanup, and Sustainable Cleaning Products

Background
Arizona State University (ASU) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Campus Janitorial Services, Athletic Event Cleanup, and Sustainable Cleaning Products.
The goal of this contract is to ensure cleanliness and sustainability across ASU's various campuses located in Arizona, California, and Washington D.C., including the Downtown Phoenix, Polytechnic, Tempe, West Valley, Los Angeles, and Washington D.C. campuses.

Work Details
The contract encompasses three distinct Statements of Work (SOWs):

- SOW1 involves providing comprehensive janitorial services across all ASU campus locations;
- SOW2 focuses on event cleanup and athletic janitorial services specifically for Sun Devil Athletics facilities before, during, and after events;
- SOW3 requires the provision of sustainable cleaning products that emphasize environmental responsibility and promote health and safety.
The services must include regular cleaning frequencies for all areas as specified in the attached documents.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and is expected to continue until the completion of the specified services as outlined in the proposal.
The bid open date is September 15, 2025, with a close date of October 17, 2025.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at various ASU campus locations including Arizona (Tempe, Downtown Phoenix), California (Los Angeles), and Washington D.C.

Bidder Requirements
Proposers must demonstrate relevant experience in providing similar services to educational institutions.
They must also provide a list of customer references comparable to ASU in size and complexity.
Additionally, bidders are required to hold necessary licenses and certifications for the services provided.
Compliance with sustainability practices as outlined by ASU is mandatory.
