Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for full depth asphalt patching, which includes valve and manhole adjustments, quality assurance through density testing, and adherence to MAG standards.

Work will involve the removal of unsuitable materials, temporary patching, and disposal of excess materials. The contractor must maintain a construction schedule approved by the Town's representative and ensure that all work complies with specified standards.

Traffic control measures must be implemented according to the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD), with necessary approvals obtained prior to commencement. The contractor will also handle notification to affected property owners before starting work.

Period of Performance
The initial agreement term will commence on July 1, 2025, lasting for one year with the possibility of up to four additional one-year renewals.
