Background
The Arkansas Department of Transportation (ARDOT) is issuing a solicitation for the procurement of Traffic Message Boards that are trailer-mounted, solar-powered, and LED.
The goal of this contract is to enhance traffic management and communication across the state of Arkansas.

Work Details
The contractor will provide 6 units of Traffic Message Boards that meet ARDOT specifications 24-192-091.
The delivery locations are as follows:
1 unit to ARDOT District 7 Headquarters in Camden, AR;
2 units to ARDOT District 8 Headquarters in Russellville, AR;
3 units to ARDOT District 10 Headquarters in Paragould, AR.
Bidders must ensure that the bid price includes all applicable labor costs and delivery to the specified locations.

Period of Performance
The successful bidder must complete delivery within 90 days after the award of the contract.

Place of Performance
Delivery will occur at three locations in Arkansas: Camden (District 7 Headquarters), Russellville (District 8 Headquarters), and Paragould (District 10 Headquarters).
