Spring Street Sewer Improvements

Background
The City of Hot Springs, Arkansas is issuing a solicitation for the Spring Street Sewer Improvements project, identified as Project No. 2022002.
The project aims to enhance the sanitary sewer infrastructure within the City of Hot Springs and the National Park area.

Work Details
The project includes the construction of a sanitary sewer main consisting of:
- Approximately 2,600 linear feet of 18-inch PVC sewer pipe
- 3,500 linear feet of 15-inch PVC sewer pipe
- 2,200 linear feet of HDPE pipe burst (10 and 12-inch to 16-inch)
- 900 linear feet of 16-inch HDPE carrier sewer pipe
- 300 linear feet of 8-inch PVC sewer pipe
- 60 linear feet of HDPE pipe burst (8-inch to 8-inch)
- 70 linear feet of Steel Encasement for an aerial creek crossing (20-inch)
- 105 linear feet of Steel Encasement for Bridge Hanging (20-inch)
- 500 linear feet of Steel Encasement Pipe via jack and bore (24-inch)
- Installation of 24 manholes with a diameter of 5 feet and 20 manholes with a diameter of 4 feet.

Period of Performance
The contract work is expected to commence upon award and will be performed until completion.
Bids are due by January 6, 2025.

Place of Performance
The construction will take place within the City of Hot Springs and the adjacent National Park.
