SAP S/4HANA Implementation and Upgrade ServicesServices

Background
The State of Arkansas, Department of Transformation and Shared Services, Office of State Procurement is seeking S/4HANA Upgrade & Implementation Services to upgrade functionality from ECC 6.0 to S/4HANA, improve efficiency through reengineering business processes and automation, modernize technology, support data-driven decision making, and comply with legal and reporting requirements.
The AASIS system has been in continuous operation since 2001 and has been heavily customized over the years.

Work Details
The Contractor shall be responsible for upgrading AASIS functionality from ECC 6.0 to S/4HANA, providing project initiation, planning and management, change management, communication management, training, organizational design, business process reengineering and design with documented system requirements, fit-gap documentation, system design, configuration, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
The Business Process Scope includes planning and budgeting, financial accounting and reporting, managing grants and projects, bank accounting, procurement of goods and services, travel management using SAP’s Concur Software among others.
The Organizational Scope includes executive branch cabinets, legislative agencies, judicial branch agencies, constitutional agencies, independent agencies among others.

Period of Performance
The anticipated starting date for the resulting contract is July 1st, 2024.
The initial term of the contract will be three years with the possibility of renewal for up to four additional one-year terms or portions thereof.
