Request for Bids: 2026 Manhole Rehabilitation Project

Background
The City of Siloam Springs, Arkansas, is issuing a Request for Bid (RFB) to obtain competitive bids from qualified contractors for the rehabilitation of existing manholes within the City’s sewer collection system.
The goal of the contract is to ensure the effective maintenance and improvement of the sewer infrastructure.

Work Details
The scope of work includes:
- Applying approximately 450 vertical feet of polyurea lining to manholes,
- Reforming five manhole troughs,

Bidder Requirements
