Jericho Way Homeless Resource Center

Background
The Jericho Way Homeless Resource Center, established in 2013 and primarily funded by the City of Little Rock with assistance from North Little Rock, Arkansas, aims to provide centralized resources and services for homeless individuals in the area. The City of Little Rock's mission is to ensure a safe, secure, and prosperous environment for its residents. The goal of this contract is to engage a qualified organization to manage the Resource Center effectively.

Work Details
The selected Vendor will be responsible for managing the Jericho Way Homeless Resource Center located at 3000 Springer Boulevard, Little Rock, AR 72206. Key responsibilities include:
- Creating opportunities for clients to seek employment and reintegrate into society.
- Coordinating multiple services through various human-service organizations.
- Providing a safe environment for homeless individuals to access case-management services.
- Offering daily services such as individual case management, access to computers and internet, restroom and shower facilities, mail services, job search assistance, laundry services, housing referrals, two hot meals daily (breakfast and lunch), clothing closet maintenance, and referrals for substance use and health treatment.
- Operating the center Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM.
- Ensuring wrap-around services are provided to assist participants in achieving economic self-sufficiency and stable housing.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on January 1, 2025, and conclude on December 31, 2025. It includes an option for annual renewal for up to five years based on mutual agreement and sufficient appropriation.

The contract will be performed at the Jericho Way Homeless Resource Center located at 3000 Springer Boulevard, Little Rock, AR 72206.
