Citywide Survey, Phase 2

Scope of Work:
The City of Fayetteville, Arkansas is requesting proposals from qualified firms to conduct a citywide windshield survey of historic properties. The survey will focus on identifying and documenting historic properties located in downtown and southwest Fayetteville.

Background:
The City is undertaking Phase 2 of its citywide survey initiative to better understand and preserve its historic resources. This phase specifically targets the downtown and southwest areas of Fayetteville.

Contract Requirements:

• Firms must have demonstrated experience in historic property surveys.
• The work involves a windshield survey, which means properties will be visually assessed from public rights-of-way without entering private property.
• All findings must be thoroughly documented according to professional standards.
