2026 FAC Concessions Bid

Background
The City of Siloam Springs is seeking sealed bids for concession operations at the Family Aquatic Center. The goal of this contract is to provide concession services that enhance the experience of visitors at the aquatic center while ensuring compliance with local regulations and health guidelines.

The selected Concessionaire will operate as an independent contractor, responsible for managing all aspects of the concession stand.

Work Details
The Concessionaire shall provide all labor, materials, supplies, and equipment necessary for the operation of the concession stand. Responsibilities include maintaining equipment, staffing, stocking, and ensuring cleanliness in and around the concession area.

The Concessionaire must offer a variety of food and beverage items as outlined in Exhibit B, including pizza, sandwiches, hot dogs, nachos, snacks, and drinks. The contract is for one year with an option to extend for two additional years.

The Concessionaire must comply with Arkansas Department of Health guidelines and maintain accurate financial records available for city inspection. A refundable security deposit of $200 is required prior to commencing sales.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and is set for one year with an option to extend for two additional consecutive years. The Family Aquatic Center operates from Memorial Day Weekend through the last Sunday before public school starts in August.

Place of Performance
Family Aquatic Center located at 1800 N. Mt. Olive Street, Siloam Springs, Arkansas.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must not have any felony convictions within the last 120 months or any misdemeanor convictions involving physical violence or theft within the last 60 months. Successful bidders are required to provide proof of insurance including Commercial General Liability Insurance and Workers’ Compensation Insurance naming the City as an additional insured.
