Windsor nVIRO AEPACS SUPPLEMENTARY

Background
The Alabama Department of Environmental Management (ADEM) engaged Windsor Solutions in August 2019 to implement the nVIRO enterprise environmental data management solution, known as the Alabama Environmental Permitting and Compliance System (AEPACS). This system is designed to address major aspects of the regulatory process for State Environmental agencies. The goal of this contract is to provide supplementary support for the AEPACS system during the fiscal year 2025, ensuring that program staff can effectively utilize the system and address any unforeseen issues that arise post-implementation.

Work Details
The contract includes a predetermined monthly budget allocated for support across various program areas, including:

- Air: $4,086.00
- Beneficial Use: $33,798.75
- CAFO: $20,564.75
- NPDES: $32,676.78
- STR: $11,350.00
- UST Compliance: $12,729.25
- UST Corrective Action: $340.50
- General Maintenance Fund: $14,429.50

Total Budget: $129,975.53.
Support services will cover program inquiries, nVIRO configuration assistance, bug resolution, and enhancements to the system as required by each program area. A general support fund will also be established for shared support requests across all programs.

Period of Performance
The contract is intended for the fiscal year 2025.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed within the State of Alabama.
