Background
The State of Alabama's Pardons and Paroles Board is seeking to procure investigative services through the CLEAR platform. This comprehensive online investigative tool is designed for law enforcement. The goal of this contract is to provide access to public records and proprietary data to assist investigators and analysts in their work, enhancing their ability to conduct investigations and due diligence.

Work Details
The contractor will provide 26 licenses for the CLEAR for Law Enforcement Plus platform. This includes access to the CLEAR PRO Gov Law Enforcement Investigator Plus service, which allows users to access billions of public records and other data sources for identity verification, risk assessment, screening, and monitoring. The service must be delivered in accordance with the terms outlined in the solicitation, with no outsourcing permitted.
