Background
The Alabama Department of Agriculture & Industries is seeking bids to purchase a MiC 4 Channel device with a 3-year warranty for the Thompson Bishop Sparks Laboratory located at 890 Simms Road, Auburn, AL 36832. This procurement aims to enhance the laboratory's capabilities in scientific research and analysis.

The contract involves the purchase of one MiC 4 Channel device (Catalog Number MIC-4) with the following specifications:

- Electrical Requirements: AC Input of 100-240 VAC, 60 Hz, and 4.0 A

- Sample Rate: Heating at 4 Degree C/s and Cooling at 3 Degree C/s
- Temperature Input Range: 35 – 99 Degree C

The vendor must provide a full replacement warranty within three years from the date the product is received and approved in working condition. In case of repair needs, the laboratory will request a new machine to be sent to their location along with a mailing slip for returning the defective unit.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period that begins upon receipt and approval of the product and extends for three years thereafter.

The contract will be performed at Thompson Bishop Sparks Laboratory located at 890 Simms Road, Auburn, AL 36832.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must possess an established quality assurance program that includes ISO accreditation for the distribution of medical and scientific devices. Additionally, all vendors must warrant that offered products perform satisfactorily under normal use conditions; otherwise, they must replace or refund the product free of charge.
