Background
The Southeast Region-Heavy Equipment Repair Services contract is issued to establish a master agreement for the repair and servicing of heavy equipment. The contract aims to support the operational needs of various agencies within the Southeast Region, specifically targeting suppliers located in Barbour, Coffee, Covington, Crenshaw, Dale, Geneva, Henry, Houston, and Pike counties. The primary goal is to ensure that reliable service and parts are available for Deere and Volvo equipment.

Work Details
Suppliers are required to provide comprehensive repair and service solutions for heavy equipment. This includes:

1. Labor services for repairs and maintenance of heavy equipment.
2. Overtime labor services as needed.
3. Field labor services for on-site repairs.
4. Mileage reimbursement for field visits related to service calls.
5. Repair/Replacement parts with a specified percentage discount off list price.
6. Fluids required for equipment maintenance with a specified percentage discount off list price.

Period of Performance
The contract is set to begin on November 21, 2025, and will remain open for bidding until December 1, 2025.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed in the Southeast Region covering the counties of Barbour, Coffee, Covington, Crenshaw, Dale, Geneva, Henry, Houston, and Pike.

Bidder Requirements
Suppliers must be located within the specified geographical region and demonstrate capability in providing parts and services specifically for Deere and Volvo equipment.
