Background
The State of Alabama, through the Office of the Chief Procurement Officer, is issuing a solicitation for a sole source contract with Cintas for maritime services. 3) Cintas Signature Dual Toilet Paper Refill at $16.50 per case, estimated at 10 service visits x2 cases totaling $330;

4) Cintas Z-fold RFL paper at $38.50 per case (16 packs), estimated at 10 service visits x3 cases totaling $1155;

5) Cintas X27153 Trash Bag refill at $3.85 per roll (50 bags), estimated at 10 service visits totaling $231.

Period of Performance
The contract is expected to commence upon award and will continue through multiple service cycles as detailed in the pricing structure. The total duration is based on the number of service visits outlined.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed within the State of Alabama as required by the contracting agency.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be registered in Alabama Buys and comply with all applicable state laws including certification under Section 41-4-142 regarding sales tax compliance. Suppliers must also verify enrollment in the E-Verify program prior to award.
