Sig Sauer P365X Macro 9mm Pistols (Law Enforcement Use)

Background
The Alabama government is soliciting bids for the procurement of Sig Sauer P365X Macro 9mm pistols specifically for law enforcement use. The goal of this contract is to provide law enforcement agencies with high-quality firearms that meet their operational needs.

Work Details
Suppliers are required to provide a total pricing bid for five (5) Sig Sauer P365X Macro 9mm pistols, model W365XCA-9-BXR3P-RXX, which includes specified accessories. The total pricing must account for the trade-in value of firearms listed on the Firearms Trade-In spreadsheet, which suppliers must complete and attach in the Questionnaire section of the solicitation.

All materials and equipment must be new, unused, and suitable for their intended purpose. Suppliers are prohibited from subcontracting or outsourcing the purchase to third-party suppliers.

Period of Performance
The solicitation is open for bidding from March 13, 2026, until March 19, 2026.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to designated locations within Alabama as specified in the contract.

Bidder Requirements
Suppliers must be authorized dealers of the manufacturer's products and provide documentation upon request. Bids must include freight charges as F.O.B. destination.
