Promotional Products Preferred Vendor

Background
Auburn University is seeking sealed proposals from qualified delivery service providers to establish non-exclusive preferred relationships to provide promotional products to University campus units. The goal of this contract is to maintain and enhance the University's brand through promotional items while ensuring compliance with trademark management and licensing policies.

Work Details
The selected suppliers will provide a variety of promotional products including but not limited to shirts, blouses, uniforms, t-shirts, printing accessories, and marketing materials. Auburn University intends to establish relationships with no more than fifteen (15) Promotional Product Suppliers who will be listed on the university's website.

The suppliers must adhere to Auburn's trademark licensing policies and are required to submit quarterly reports on sales and product availability. Specific exclusions from this contract include awards, coins, bobbleheads, and nametags, which may be sourced from other licensees. Suppliers must also attend annual business review meetings with the university.

Period of Performance
The initial term of the agreement for Promotional Products is three (3) years, with two (2) one-year renewal options available upon mutual consent.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed primarily at Auburn University campus locations in Alabama.

Bidder Requirements
Suppliers must understand AU trademark licensing policies or demonstrate a willingness to learn them. They must carry a minimum of $1 million in general product liability insurance naming Auburn University as an additional insured.

Suppliers are required to complete the licensing process through the Collegiate Licensing Company (CLC) within 60 days after award and pay an annual licensing rights fee of $3,000. Additionally, they must demonstrate their ability to provide products to university departments and participate in vendor fairs.
