Promotional Apparel Preferred Vendor

Background
Auburn University is seeking sealed proposals from qualified delivery service providers to establish non-exclusive preferred relationships for providing promotional apparel to university campus units. The university aims to maintain its brand through a network of suppliers overseen by its Office of Trademark Management & Licensing, which manages the external use of Auburn's brand.

Work Details
The contract will involve establishing relationships with no more than twenty (20) Promotional Apparel Suppliers who will provide a variety of promotional apparel items such as shirts, blouses, uniforms, and t-shirts. Suppliers must adhere to Auburn University's trademark licensing and branding policies. They are required to submit quarterly reports on their sales and performance. The selected suppliers will be awarded preferred status for three years with the possibility of two one-year renewals, contingent upon performance reviews. Suppliers may not sell to retail outlets unless separately licensed.

Period of Performance
The initial term of the agreement is three (3) years, with two (2) one-year renewal options available upon mutual consent.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at Auburn University, and products will be delivered to various university campus units.

Bidder Requirements
Suppliers must carry a minimum of $1 million in general product liability insurance naming Auburn University as an additional insured. They must demonstrate an ability to provide products to university departments and attend training sessions related to university policies. Additionally, suppliers are required to complete the licensing process with the Collegiate Licensing Company (CLC) within 60 days after award.
