Services will be provided within Alabama, with specific locations determined based on community needs assessments and data on substance use trends.
Bidder Requirements
Eligible bidders include public or private non-profit organizations certified by ADMH to provide prevention or treatment services. Organizations must be registered with the Alabama Secretary of State and participate in E-Verify. Proposals from agencies currently holding unspent Opioid Settlement Funds from previous rounds will not be considered.
