Background
The State of Alabama, through the Office of the Chief Procurement Officer, is seeking suppliers to provide testing services as part of the NASBA 2026 initiative. The goal of this contract is to ensure the delivery of high-quality testing services for various educational assessments.

Work Details
The contract encompasses the following services and products:

1. AICPA Development & Scoring for AUD, FAR, REG, BEC, ISC, BAR, TCP at $135.00 each.
2. Prometric Computer Delivery for AUD, FAR, REG, BEC, ISC, BAR, TCP at $93.61 each (Biometric).
3. NASBA Database and Reporting for AUD, FAR, REG, BEC, ISC, BAR, TCP at $30.00 each.
4. Additional Testing Services billed at $23.40 per educational hour (including double time and time and a half).
5. Break Time charged at $23.40 per hour.
6. Separate Room Charge applicable if a separate room must be vacated during testing; charges range from $1,000 to $3,000 per test section.

Period of Performance
The contract is set to begin on October 22, 2025 and will remain open for bidding until October 27, 2025.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed in locations designated by the State of Alabama as test centers.

Bidder Requirements
Suppliers must be registered in Alabama Buys and comply with all requirements outlined in the solicitation including certifications related to sales tax compliance and immigration law adherence (E-Verify program). Suppliers must also not be debarred or suspended from participation in government contracts.
