Multiple Roof Repairs Ft. Whiting Mobile

Background
The contract is issued by the State of Alabama for the Fort Whiting Army Reserve Center (AFRC) located at 1630 South Broad Street, Mobile, Alabama.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for repairing multiple roof leaks identified in various locations within the Fort Whiting facility.
Specific tasks include:
1. Addressing multiple leaks on the portico leading to the North entrance (no access available).
2. Repairing leaks along the North wall of the drill hall in the balcony, with consultation required from a Duro Last factory representative.
3. Fixing a leak in a room at the top of the West stairwell adjacent to the stage.
4. Repairing a leak in the Southwest corner of a second-floor hallway behind the stage.
5. Addressing multiple leaks on the second floor Marine phase along their perimeter wall.

The bid must include costs for travel, labor, materials, and special equipment necessary for repairs.
A lift will be required for access to certain areas.
All debris from repairs must be removed from the property as contractors are not authorized to use facility dumpsters.

Period of Performance
Work must be completed no later than September 20, 2024, with invoices submitted by September 26, 2024.

The work will be performed at Fort Whiting AFRC, located at 1630 South Broad Street, Mobile, Alabama 36605.
