Description

**ROUND 2 UPDATE** SITE VISIT HAS ALREADY BEEN DONE. PUTTING OUT FOR A 2ND ROUND TO ADDTHE VENDOR TO THE SUPPLIER LIST WHO ATTENDED THE SITE VISIT AND SUBMITTEDA MANUAL QUOTE. Background
The State of Alabama, through the Office of the Chief Procurement Officer, is seeking contractors for metal roof repairs at the Hamilton FMS #6 facility.

The goal of this contract is to address and repair leaks in the metal roof of the shop office, ensuring compliance with building codes and industry standards.

Work Details
The contractor will inspect, locate, and repair/seal roof leak(s) as needed on the metal roof, including addressing venting and/or existing roof penetrations.

All work must meet or exceed International Building Code requirements and industry standards. The contractor is responsible for all labor and materials required for this service, as well as cleanup upon project completion.

Period of Performance
The work is expected to commence following the mandatory site visit scheduled for July 17, 2024.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at Hamilton FMS #6 Shop located at 620 6th Street SW, Hamilton, Alabama 35570.
