Background
The State of Alabama's Division of Procurement is seeking to acquire Fast Democracy Professional Legislative Tracking Software for the fiscal year 2025.
The goal of this contract is to provide a comprehensive legislative tracking solution that enhances the agency's ability to monitor and analyze legislative activities at both state and federal levels.

Work Details
The contractor will provide fully developed, off-the-shelf legislative bill tracking software with no modifications required.
The software must include:
- State & Federal Bill Tracking: Ability to track legislation in Congress, all 50 states, DC, and Puerto Rico.
- Instant Alerts: Notifications for legislative happenings.
- Side-by-Side Text Comparison: A patent-pending tool for comparing bills and amendments.
- Customizable Reports: Features for sharing reports and notes with clients and colleagues.
- Whip Lists: Tools to track bill status with key legislators.
- Embeddable Website Widget: An auto-updating widget for community engagement.
- Click-to-Email Campaigns: Simple tools for community engagement via email.
- Legislative Scorecards: Features to identify legislative champions and swing voters.
- News & Social Media Tracking: Compilation of news and Twitter discussions related to legislation.
- Instant Push Notifications: Real-time updates on legislative activities.
The package includes single state access with up to 4 user licenses for one year.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of one year from the date of award.

Place of Performance
The software will be delivered electronically, and the services will be utilized within the State of Alabama.
