Gentax - FAST Enterprises LLC

Background
The State of Alabama, through its Division of Procurement, is issuing a solicitation for maintenance and support services for the GenTax software and Job Streaming Service.
The goal of this contract is to ensure the effective operation and support of FAST Enterprises LLC's cloud-based software solutions, which are critical for the state's financial management and job processing systems.

Work Details
The contractor will provide maintenance and support for the following services:
1. GenTax Software Maintenance: Ongoing updates, troubleshooting, and technical support for the GenTax software used by the state.
2. Job Streaming Service Support: Maintenance and operational support for the Job Streaming Service to ensure seamless functionality.
3. FAST Cloud-Based Software: Ensure that all cloud-based services are operational, secure, and updated as necessary throughout the contract period.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from October 1, 2024, to September 30, 2025.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed in Alabama, with specific locations to be determined based on the needs of the state agency utilizing these services.
