FY25 Kubota Mower Maintenance & Repair at Air Guard Birmingham Facility

Background
The State of Alabama, through the Division of Procurement, is seeking a vendor to provide maintenance and repair services for Kubota mowers at the Air Guard Birmingham Facility.
The goal of this contract is to ensure that the mowers are properly maintained and repaired to support the operations of the 117th Air Refueling Wing.

Work Details
The vendor will provide comprehensive maintenance and repair services for Kubota mowers, including all labor, materials, special equipment, and miscellaneous charges.
Specific model and serial numbers of the mowers are included in the attached scope of work document.
The vendor must ensure that all services meet the operational standards required by the facility.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed as needed based on maintenance schedules and repair requirements, with specific timelines outlined in the attached scope of work.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the 117th ARW/CES Birmingham Air Guard located at 5401 East Lake Blvd., Birmingham, AL 35217.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be registered in Alabama Buys and comply with all state regulations regarding procurement.
They must also certify compliance with Alabama tax laws and provide proof of enrollment in the E-Verify program prior to contract award.
Additionally, suppliers must not be debarred or suspended from participation in government contracts.
