FY25 Kubota Mower Maintenance & Repair at Air Guard Birmingham Facility

Background
The State of Alabama, through its Division of Procurement, is seeking a vendor to provide maintenance and repair services for Kubota mowers at the Birmingham Air Guard facility. The goal of this contract is to ensure the operational readiness and maintenance of the mowers used by the 117th ARW/CES located at 5401 East Lake Blvd, Birmingham, AL 35217.

Work Details
The vendor will be responsible for providing comprehensive maintenance and repair services for Kubota mowers. This includes all costs associated with labor, materials, special equipment, and any other miscellaneous charges necessary to complete the work. Specific model and serial numbers of the mowers are included in the attached scope of work document.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the Birmingham Air Guard facility located at 5401 East Lake Blvd, Birmingham, AL 35217.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be registered in Alabama Buys. They are required to comply with various state regulations including certification that they are not barred from bidding or entering into contracts. Additionally, suppliers must provide proof of compliance with tax obligations in Alabama and may need to submit documentation such as manufacturer’s reseller authorization or professional licenses upon request.
