The City of Fairhope, located in Baldwin County, Alabama, is seeking an experienced contractor to provide annual inspection, testing, maintenance, and service for all fire extinguishers in government buildings. Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following services:
- Conducting annual inspections and tagging/labeling of all existing fire extinguishers in Fairhope's government buildings.
- Ensuring that all extinguishers exposed to the elements have sticker tags.
- Completing all annual services within ten consecutive workdays from the Notice to Proceed (NTP), during which designated City personnel will accompany the contractor.

Services will be performed at various locations throughout Fairhope, Alabama, including but not limited to City Hall, Civic Center, Fire Stations, Police Department, Public Works Offices, and approximately 400 City vehicles.

Bidders must hold a current license from the State Licensing Board for General Contractors in Alabama and provide proof of certification from the State of Alabama Fire Marshall.
