Background
The State of Alabama, through the Office of the Chief Procurement Officer, is seeking suppliers to participate in a Quick Quote process. Suppliers are required to be registered in Alabama Buys and must submit their responses electronically through Alabama Buys. The contract will be governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, and any litigation or dispute resolution activities will take place in the City of Montgomery in the State of Alabama.
