DHR Baldwin Co Janitorial Service

Background
The Department of Human Resources is requesting a master agreement for Janitorial Services for Baldwin County DHR's Office. The contract supplier must attend the Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference/Site-Visit for bids to be accepted. The Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference/Site-Visit is scheduled for April 10th, 2024 at 10am at Baldwin Co DHR, 22259 Palmer St., Robertsdale, Al. 36567.

Work Details
The contract supplier must provide a list of cleaning products and equipment for use in each DHR office to the director or authorized personnel for approval prior to start of performing janitorial services to DHR.
The contract supplier must provide a continuous updated employee list to DHR authorized personnel for employees cleaning DHR facility. Employee list information must include employee name, current valid company phone number, and company valid email address. Contract supplier employees must provide a valid Government issued ID and wear a DHR issued ID badge while on premises of DHR performing cleaning services.
The supplier shall be responsible for implementing a quality control program that requires physical visits to the DHR county office once every two weeks to monitor the performance of the janitorial staff and ensure specifications are met.
The contract supplier must complete daily sign in/out sheets, daily cleaning checklists, turn off lights after completion of work (except in designated areas), secure and lock all doors to the building, activate the security system where applicable, and notify authorized agency personnel in writing of any observations of needed repairs and damage to fixtures in the building.

Period of Performance
The janitorial services are required Monday through Friday after 3:00 PM and prior to 12:00 Midnight, with additional weekly and quarterly requirements. The contract will be performed over an indefinite period.

Place of Performance
The janitorial services will be performed at Baldwin County DHR's Office located at 22259 Palmer St., Robertsdale, Al. 36567.
