Conservation/Parks/Lakepoint SP - Tree removals

Background
The State of Alabama, through its Division of Procurement, is seeking a licensed vendor to perform tree removal services at LakePoint State Park located at 104 Lakepoint Drive, Eufaula, AL 36027. The goal of this contract is to ensure the safe removal of specified trees to maintain the park's landscape and safety for visitors.

Work Details
The contract includes the following tree removal services:

1. Removal of one oak tree at staff housing (Approximate size: 84.78W/55FT).
2. Removal of one oak tree beside the carport at staff housing (Approximate size: 75.36W/85FT).
3. Removal of one pine tree beside staff housing (Approximate size: 150.72W/65FT).
4. Removal of a second pine tree beside staff housing (Approximate size: 35.25W/40FT).
5. Removal of another pine tree beside staff housing on the left side in front (Approximate size: 20.74W/50FT).
6. Removal of a small oak at staff housing (Approximate size: 25W/30FT).

All debris from the removed trees must be hauled off to another part of the property. The price quoted must include all labor, materials, equipment, and supplies necessary for the completion of these services.

Period of Performance
The work is to be completed by May 30, 2025.

LakePoint State Park, located at 104 Lakepoint Drive, Eufaula, AL 36027.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must be licensed to perform tree removal services and are required to register in Alabama Buys prior to participating in this solicitation.
