Clarke DHR/ Lighting Installation

Background
The Clarke County Department of Human Resources (DHR) is seeking a contractor for the installation of lighting fixtures as part of their facility upgrades. The goal of this contract is to enhance the lighting quality within the DHR facilities through the removal and replacement of existing LED panels, lamps, and downlights.

This work is crucial for maintaining a safe and efficient working environment for DHR staff and visitors.

Work Details
The contractor will provide a one-time service installation that includes:
- Removal and replacement of 50 LED Panels (Supplier: CURRENT LIGHTING SOL, Catalog number: LBP24AFSDF2PK, Description: LED 2X4 FLAT PANEL 24-48W 35/40/50 CCT).
- Removal and replacement of 200 LED Lamps (Supplier: CURRENT LIGHTING SOL, Catalog number: LED14BDT8/G4/840, Description: DBL END TYPE B GLASS 4FT TUBE 14W 4000K).
- Removal and replacement of 6 LED Downlights (Supplier: CURRENT LIGHTING SOL, Catalog number: LRXR62X9SW, Description: LED 6IN RND DOWNLT DIMS SELECT LUMN/TEMP).

The installation locations will be determined during a mandatory site visit scheduled for February 11, 2025. The contractor must ensure that all existing ballasts, lamps, and bulbs are disposed of off-site and that the work area is left clean after completion. All trip charges, mileage, labor, fees, permit fees, lift trucks, and any other necessary costs must be included in the quote. The work must be completed in one trip by February 28, 2025.

The contract work must be completed by February 28, 2025.
