Background
The Department of Agriculture & Industries of the State of Alabama is seeking bids for the procurement and installation of a laboratory incinerator. This initiative aims to enhance the operational capabilities of the department by providing a reliable waste disposal solution for laboratory materials.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for supplying and installing a new laboratory incinerator. The incinerator must be compliant with all applicable regulations and standards. The contractor is required to provide descriptive literature that includes brand and model numbers to ensure quality. All equipment must be new, unused, and acceptable by the original equipment manufacturer. Additionally, the supplier must provide a warranty covering all parts, labor, and freight costs associated with repairs or replacements for at least one year from the date the equipment is put into service.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed within thirty (30) days of the vendor's receipt of order unless otherwise agreed upon with the ordering agency.

Place of Performance
The delivery location will be specified in the purchase order issued by the State of Alabama.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be registered in Alabama Buys and comply with all requirements outlined in the solicitation. Suppliers must not engage in economic boycotts as defined by Ala. Act No. 2023-409. Additionally, suppliers must provide verification of enrollment in the E-Verify program prior to award if they employ individuals within Alabama.
