Background
The State of Alabama, through the Office of the Chief Procurement Officer, is seeking to procure a subscription for an online database that provides comprehensive information on Alabama manufacturers. This initiative aims to enhance access to current data regarding companies and executives within the state, thereby supporting economic development and business engagement.

Work Details
The contract involves providing a one-year subscription to an online database specifically for Alabama manufacturers. The database must include:
- Current number of companies and executives
- Company emails
- Number of companies added or removed
- Updated and verified information on manufacturers
- Total changes in company data, including new company emails and invalid entries removed.
The subscription period is from November 1, 2024, to October 31, 2025, and it includes a license for six additional users.

Bidder Requirements
