Background
The Alabama Bureau of Pardons and Paroles is seeking lawn care services for its Centreville Field Office located at 1055 Birmingham Road, Centreville, AL 35042. The goal of this contract is to maintain the landscaping and overall appearance of the facility during the fiscal year 2025.

Work Details
The contractor will provide the following services:
- Turf mowing and trimming on a biweekly basis during the mowing season, including weed eating and blowing.
- Shrub maintenance as needed.
- Weed control for the lawn.
- Edging of all sidewalks, driveways, and curbs.
- Mulching as needed.
- Leaf removal and property cleanup in the fall, including spring cleanup to collect and remove leaves.

The vendor must provide all necessary supplies for these services. All fees must be included in the total monthly cost, and the vendor is responsible for sending invoices and service reports to invoices.payables@paroles.alabama.gov. Payments will be made monthly in arrears.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from October 1, 2024, to September 30, 2025.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the Centreville Field Office located at 1055 Birmingham Road, Centreville, AL 35042.
