Background
The Alabama Bureau of Pardons and Paroles (ALBPP) is seeking janitorial services for the Moulton Field Office located at 12441 Alabama Hwy 157, Moulton, Alabama 35650. The goal of this contract is to ensure a clean and sanitary environment for the office, which aligns with the agency's mission to provide effective supervision and rehabilitation services.

Work Details
The contractor will provide general cleaning services once a week from October 1, 2024, through September 30, 2025. Specific tasks include:

- **Entrance/Lobby/Reception Areas:** Clean entrance glass inside and out, sweep, mop and disinfect all floors, vacuum all carpeted areas including rugs, dust all horizontal surfaces up to 8 feet high and damp wipe as needed.

- **Hallways/Corridors:** Vacuum all carpeted areas including rugs, sweep, mop and disinfect all floors.

- **Restrooms:** Clean and disinfect toilets, toilet seats, urinals inside and out; clean sinks, counters, mirrors; sweep, mop and disinfect floors; restock toilet tissue, hand towels, hand soap; damp wipe exterior of dispensers with disinfectant.

- **Breakroom/Kitchen Areas:** Clean sinks and countertops; clean microwave inside and out; sweep, mop and disinfect floors.

- **Offices:** Sweep, mop and disinfect floors; vacuum carpeted areas including under furniture; dust horizontal surfaces up to 8 feet high and damp wipe as needed.

- **Conference Room:** Vacuum carpeted areas including under furniture; clean and dust conference room furniture; dust horizontal surfaces up to 8 feet high and damp wipe as needed.

- **Entire Facility:** Empty trash and sanitary napkin receptacles (liners furnished by vendor), disinfect phones, door knobs, light switches; clean baseboards and ledges; dust blinds, windowsills, air vents; disinfect high touch surfaces using disinfectant cleaners. The vendor must provide proof of liability insurance and necessary cleaning supplies.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from October 1, 2024 to September 30, 2025.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the Moulton Field Office located at 12441 Alabama Hwy 157, Moulton, Alabama 35650.
