Background
The State of Alabama, through its Division of Procurement, is seeking a sole source legal research subscription. The purpose of this contract is to provide essential legal research services that support the state's legal and administrative functions.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be registered in Alabama Buys and comply with all applicable state laws including the requirement for E-Verify enrollment for any employees within the State of Alabama. Suppliers must also certify compliance with tax obligations as per Section 41-4-142 of the Code of Alabama 1975. Additionally, suppliers must not be debarred or suspended from participation in government contracts.
