Background

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be registered in Alabama Buys to participate in this solicitation. Additionally, a pre-bid site visit on September 18, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. is mandatory for consideration of bids. Bidders must also comply with all local laws and regulations regarding business operations in Alabama.
