Background
The University of Alaska (UA) is a land, sea, and space-grant system established in 1917. It consists of three independently accredited universities: the University of Alaska Anchorage (UAA), the University of Alaska Fairbanks (UAF), and the University of Alaska Southeast (UAS). The UA system aims to enhance student interactions through a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution to improve enrollment, retention, and alumni contributions. This initiative is critical for enhancing the student experience and supporting institutional goals.

Work Details
The selected Offeror will provide a comprehensive CRM solution that includes:
- Managing and enhancing interactions with students throughout their lifecycle.
- Improving communication and marketing by unifying student data for effective engagement campaigns.
- Increasing new student enrollment, retention, and degree completion through proactive support.
- Strengthening alumni relationships to boost fundraising contributions.
- Accelerating enrollment growth in workforce and lifelong learning programs.
- Ensuring consistent university branding and tailored messages for students at every stage.
- Enhancing operational efficiency and data quality across multiple systems currently used by UA.

Period of Performance
The initial contract period will be five (5) years from the date of execution, with options to renew for up to five (5) additional one-year periods, subject to mutual agreement and continued funding.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed within the geographic locations of the University of Alaska's campuses across the state.

Bidder Requirements
Offerors must have a valid Alaska business license at the time of contract award. The proposal must include all required forms as specified in the RFP, including proof of compliance with administrative requirements. Offerors are encouraged to utilize small business concerns, minority-owned businesses, woman-owned businesses, and economically disadvantaged firms.
